This document explains the policy of how LEARN SPANISH NOW handles the information that you have provided to us when acquiring our services or visiting our platform, or website. Our courses and other services are non-formal education and we do not offer certification exams for formal education.

Learn Spanish Now stores the contact information that customers provide us, such as names, surnames, identification document numbers, telephone numbers, and emails.

Said information will be used exclusively by Learn Spanish Now to provide feedback about the learning process, communicate aspects related to our services, carry out collection activities, and other administrative functions exclusively related to your contract with Learn Spanish Now.

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid spam detection.
